Which barrel length for Ruger 22/45?

I'm going to get one soon. I really like the looks of the 4" barreller one, but is there much of an accurracy difference between it and the 5" barrelled version?
 
Variations in accuracy will have more to do with the individual pistol and it's preferrence for ammo than with barrel length.

Some folks shoot longer barrels better because of the longer sight radius. Personally I've had better luck with the shorter barrels - but as always YMMV.
