which ak's have scope rails?

I know the vepr, saiga, and romanian guns have side scope rails, what other brands of ak have this feature, is it difficult to attach one on a non scope railed ak
 
I think the Yugo's have rails as well, (I forget if the Hungarian do?)

It is possible to buy a rail and have it installed, I don't suggest the dust cover with the scope mount set-up from Tapco and others It does not seem that stable.
 
Yah, Like I wrote before it is possible to install a scope rail on any AK as an aftermarket adjustment...so it's possible his buddy has a MAK with a rail.

From what I know most folks need a Gunsmith to attach one.
 
Believe it or not its true. Its absolutely pointless because the gun is so tiny and a scope on it is an overkill. I'd put a scope on a SAR II.
