Which aftermarket barrel is the most accurate, reliable, and best fitting?
Which of the 3 aftermarket barrel companies make the best barrel for a H&K USP 9mm full size: Bar-Sto or CCFA or Jarvis?
Bar-Sto <http://www.barsto.com/>
CCFA <http://www.ccfa.com/>
Jarvis <http://www.jarvis-custom.com/>

Barrels

My vote is for Bar-Sto! I have a semi-fitted in my 1911 and it is excellent in every way! Extremely accurate, feeds anything and never leads! They ruled in competition shooting for a long time.

Barsto barrels are definitly one of the top barrels on the market. However, if you use your for things other than the range where reliability is crucial, you might look elsewhere. One of the things that adds to the accuracy of the Barsto barrels is the tight chamber. It is this same tight chamber however that sometimes can create a less reliable gun as some of the Glockers have experienced.

What is Kart's url? Do they make 9mm barrels for a HK USP 9mm?

Jarvis emailed me and told me that they do not sell barrels for 9mm because of lack of demand.

"Jarvis emailed me and told me that they do not sell barrels for 9mm because of lack of demand."

Yes because everyone just buys the CCF barrels with the o-ring. The barrels themselves are as good as a bar-sto to begin with. I don't think the bar-sto's use button rifling do they? On top of that, the o-ring increases the accuracy and saves wear on your pistol. The button rifling and robar treatment are on the more spendy premium barrel, of course. It cannot be beat.

If by "best fitting" ya mean which one will drop in without any fitting at all and work, my vote goes to Jarvis.

If ya don't mind tinkering a bit, BarSto or CCFA.

Jarvis does not make barrels for 9mm. They told me through email. Has any one shot both a Bar Sto and a CCFA? I would really like to hear about your comparison opinions.
