Hi all, just got a new Bushmaster XM-15 20" A2! I'm very pleased, but as I'm sure anyone who gets their first AR says,
"Now what can I put on it?"
First off I think I need (want) an ACOG, which begs the question, which one? The full-blown "ACOG TA01 4x32", or the "ACOG compact TA44-5". I have no experience with either, but they look good to me! I like the concept.
I'm not looking for a true scope, but I don't want just a "red-dot" type sight either. The regular ACOG is advertised as having a "look through" feature to use the open sights, and the compact uses 1.5 power magnification.
