I bought a Turkish 1938 ($39.95), a German K98 that had been reworked and had nazi markings removed by Yugoslavia ($89.95), and a Yugoslavian M48 with bayonet, and accessories ($139.95). These are "dealer" prices - I ordered from AIM Surplus through a local dealer, so my actual cost was bumped up by shipping, FFL fee, etc. Anyway, I like them all. The Turk is in decent (well-used) condition and is a lot of gun (and fun) for what I paid. I don't regret it at all. The K98 is a handier size and is probably my favorite (I may order a German bayonet to go with it). The Yugo is very similar to the K98, and while its in the best condition, it has a patched stock and just doesn't seem quite as nice or interesting at the others (maybe it just lacks history).
