Where's the best place to get a CZ 75?

I've been looking for a nice auto piston in either 9mm or .45 ACP for around $300-$375. After looking at the CZ-75,Ruger P-series, and Charles Daly 1911 in .45ACP, I've decided to go with the CZ-75. Where is the best place on the net to order on of these from? What company has the lowest price? Do they still make the CZ-75's or all they all used military surplus? I would like to get one that is new and has a really good finish. Any help would be great.

I just ordered one, CZ 75B mil. Should have it first part of next week. If you can wait, I'll let you know how it goes. It's the best deal on the net that I know of.

imq707s,

Can't help on where - bought mine locally.

The 1996 Turkish contract 'Military' models are all NIB. They're either over-runs or the contract was canceled. The same polymer finish is available on some of the current production, along with blue and nickel, from what I've seen.

I like mine a lot.

And now, as of last week, so does my Glock 19 toting buddy. Heh-heh. He had his nose up in the air when he shot my 75 B Mil. Six months or more it took me to even get him to try it. He shot it better than he ever has his umpteen-year-old G19.

Burns Brothers at http://www.gunsnammo.com is also advertising the CZ-75B at about $310. This is the mil contract overrun model. I have one with nite sites that I got from JG Sales for $350, but that was a special and I haven't seen them advertised at that price lately.

You might do some searching around in this and other forums before ordering from Burns Brothers. I hear that some of their employees have an attitude problem. From what I remember, however, anyone who had a problem with them eventually got it straightened out. I ordered some ammo from them and got prompt delivery and just as described.

For good prices on a CZ-75B Military check out http://www.jgsales.com and http://pdmall.com/CZC/pistol~1.htm

The second URL is for the CZ Connection.

The "military" models are brand new, not used, and come with one 15 round magazine and one neutered magazine. Grips are crummy plastic but are easily replaced with something nicer.

Personally, I prefer the CZ Polymer finish. Very durable and I like the subdued look.
