Where to purchase a range bag

My wife wants to purchase a purple or purple and black range bag, and as good as she's starting to shoot, she can have whatever she wants! Any ideas on a vendor?

Thanks in advance.

If she can have whatever she wants and wants a specific color combination why not get her the best? Take a look at the old IPSC Standard "Original" bag from Green Mountain in CO. Made in USA with a Lifetime No BS Waranty. FWIW, went thru 2 other "name-brand" bags before getting smart! http://www.greenmtnsports.com

The Dillon range bag comes in several colors. She might like what they have to offer. Looks like it comes in dillon blue, hunter green, black and burgandy. Good luck.

Moving to Gear and Accessories forum for any additional info from TFL members who may not have seen this here.

Costco

I picked up a bag from Costco, it was under $40.00 and I can fit 3 pistols, mags and 200 rounds each of ammo, tool kit and targets. It has a pull up handel with wheels and ton of compartments but small enough to carry and lift without being bulky. When I fill all 3 guns & ammo into it the wheels and pull handel works great (very heavy). Hope theres a Costo or PriceClub around you all.
Thanks Mike

I recently purchased 4 range bags and a bunch of accessories through Upland. They will "customize" the equipment any way you want it. I had different pocket configurations on a couple of my bags and changed the dimensions of products as well. They were willing to create/design the product to suit my needs.

Upland is fabulous to work with and the product was exactly as promised.

I will continue to deal with the Upland company for any future needs.

I was drawn to them initally because they have at least 10 different colors. Although not listed on there web site or in their brochure, they DID have purple (AMETHYST) which is one of the colors I chose. If you contact them, ask if they still have AMETHYST or any other additional colors. The red is gorgeous also.

I worked with a guy named Dana Chichester
and he always promptly answered my emails and made suggestions that he thought was appropriate (when I submitted some designs and asked questions). He was very patient with me (I couldn't decide what I wanted and was always submitting questions about this and that!!!).

I am VERY impressed with his service and turnaround time.

I bought the Small Deluxe ProShooter from Bagmaster, and regret it. It isn't a bad bag, but I miscalculated my needs. Good construction, good design, but could be better.

I strongly suggest you get a bigger bag, with more pockets and organizers than you think you might need. Now I'm in a pinch and will have to either sell this for a bigger one, or get another one altogether.

I'm strongly considering a Bigmouth tool tote to hold ammo, eyes and ears, another pistol or two in individual rug cases, binos, cleaning apparatii, etc. Suggest you think long and hard before committing.
