Where to buy the cheapest used Glock 17/19

I am interested in purchasing a used Glock 17 or Glock 19? The main reason is to install the 22 long rifle conversion slide on it for use as a training gun with the Glock Trigger.

I already own a Glock 29 and Glock 21. I just want a Glock that is more economical to shoot. I also think that it would be a neat gun to allow new shooters to use when I take them to the range.

Does anyone have any ideas? I think that a police-trade-in probably is the best bet?
 
If you can find a place that sells the police trade-ins with one magazine, that will get you a G17/19 for around $330-350.

The only place I know that sells police trade-ins packages 2 prebans with each gun, so the price is $399-409. That place is Targetmaster, in Chadds Ford, PA (http://www.targetmaster.com).
