Hi
Right now im looking for a new scope for my AR.
Im not quite sure which one but i think it will be a
Burris XTR1-4
or
Burris Tac 30
or something like that.
Due to the fact that im living in Germany i dont have much choices where to buy.

I did not find one shop who sells the Burris XTR/Tac.

Does anybody knows a shop in the us who ships to Germany?

"sinclair international" is a burris dealer & part of the brownells family of companies. They should be able to help you.

You may want to check out Opticsplanet.com. They have a huge selection of scopes at decent prices. Some optics are subject to export restrictions. In addition to the Burris you may want to look at the Leupold Mark AR.

Living in Germany...

should give you access to some good prices on Swarovski, Zeiss, Leica, etc., scopes, binos, range finders.

Also Puma knives.

I was stationed there in the late 60's, and bought two Puma knives (White Hunter sheath knife, and Game Warden folding lock blade), at very reasonable prices.

I also bought a beautiful gun cabinet (Jaeger schrunk).

I lost the Game Warden , but still have the White Hunter - and the Jaeger schrunk.:)

Linebacker - I live in New Zealand and have bought 2 scopes from 4scopes at . http://4scopes.com

In both cases I received good service at a reasonable price and scopes arrived quickly with no problems. They use a courier with tracking system which enabled me to track their progress all the way which was reassuring. The longest delay was in clearing local customs.

Thank you-
Last week i was shooting with a friends rifle who has a ACOG TA31 RCO-
Awesome! I want one!
But i did not found any shop who ships it to Germany due to Itar...

unfortunatly not-
I found one here at a plattform like ebay.
Its a TA01 NSN and the guy sells it as "never used".
I wrote trjicon the serialnumber and they confirmed it that it is a real one manufactured in 2002.
I dont know how long the tritium inside works. I dont want to pay about 700 Euro/940USD for a scope and two/three years later the illumination doesnt work anymore....
Trijicon sells it new for 860Eur/1157USD so im not sure what to do....

I'm out of that one with no timeframe given on availability from Trijicon. Can't you just get some replacement Tritium from your local nuke plant? LOL

I called Trijicon and the tritium is warrantied for 10 years to the original purchaser. Delivery time is 10-11 weeks for one and they list for $1247

Its from a collector.
Its def. military used and have scratch markes on the body but the lenses seems to be ok. Reticle is clear also.
The originaly owner has painted it with tan color.

Where do i have to look for to make sure that it works?
