Where have all the SKSs gone?

>Where have all the SKSs gone?

My basement.

No. JUST KIDDING. I don't own any guns and you shouldn't either. They are dangerous.

check http://www.gunsamerica.com still out there. Heck, I don't even want one but I am thinking of buying a Russian SKS as an investment. Shove it under the bed with the dust bunnies and sell it in a few years for $350 or $400. Plus having a gun with a bayonet would be too much fun.

>Where have all the SKSs gone?

Gone to flowerbeds, every one.
When will they ever learn?
When will they ev_er learn?

BAM BAM YOU WILL PROBABLY PAY 350-400 FOR A NICE RUSSIAN NOW.AT that price they are not a good investment.remeber the investment rule buy low sell high.people that are paying too much for colt pythons right now are making poor investments.now if you just gotta have one thats a different story.but if you pay 7-8 hundred bucks for a colt python now it can only go down in value maby incress slightly.very few firearms are good investments.buy one because you love it,gotta have it and by all means shoot it.

Scoops, I think it is the opposite. Many firearms are good investments. SKSs are one of them. They were a dime a dozen about ten or fifteen years ago. Now they are damn near $200.00 for a nice one, at least where I live(CA).

Russina SKS on gunsamerica are selling for $250-300. I still think of that gun as an investment, not a shooter.

ARGH

This irritates me. The FedArms catalog a few months ago had Romanian ones for $134 each. Naturally, as soon as I have money, they're out. I'd buy a few if I could. One to shoot, one or two or three more to save.

Plus, I think the SKS makes a neat sidekick to the M1 Garand I want. I used to have one; sold it to a buddy. *sigh*
