Where can I get shiny shells?

Where can I get some shells that shine a neat orange line down the inside of the barrel so my guns will look as neat as the photos on the covers of the gun rags?

Lavan, I'm not sure if you're kidding or not, so I'll tell you what's going on on the premise that you're serious. That's typically not an orange light...especially when there are sparks there. Here's what they do: They fire the gun in a dark room, and take a picture of the flash. Then they take a picture of the gun at the same angle with the lights on, but the gun does not fire. Then they put the two pics together by computer, and that results in the picture you see. Sometimes, you'll see a pic built like this, but someody goofed and has the gun firing with the hammer cocked.

How about the compensated Glock with candle-looking flames shooting out of the barrel and ports? Gee, I can get that same effect with Photoshop and the EyeCandy fire filter. ;)

Lavan, here's what you do: get some JHPs (bullets, not the complete cartridge). Drill two little holes through the cavity and base of the bullet. Take one of them red LED thingies and run the leads through the holes. Prime and charge the case, and place a button battery into the case on top of the powder. Seat the bullet with a loose crimp, so that the LED leads are just quite not touching the battery. When you touch off the cartridge, the bullet's inertia causes enough setback to turn on the LED, giving you that neat glowy effect down the barrel.

Simple! :D

Coinneach......That sounds good. AND it would serve another purpose. I could probably then make a post about how I finally got my Glock to malfunction.

hmmmmmm...

Maybe it would just work fine and then I couldn't bitch about it or get flamed.
