Where can I get a new barrel for Bersa Model 23?

I have a Bersa Model 23 all-steel .22. From what I can tell, someone has take a dremel tool to the inside of the barrel messing up the head spacing slightly.
The bullets go too far into the barrel and the firing pin can't quite make contact.

1. Could I possibly have a longer firing pin put in to solve the problem (its only a .22 after all)
2. Otherwise, where can I find a new barrel? I love this gun and hate to trash it.

That sounds awfully odd, did you buy it new? are you sure its not a .32 instead, look at the bolt face and see where the firing pin hole is, if its dead center, then its a centerfire and my guess is its a .32 if its on the sides, then it might be a .22 with a .32 barrel in it, call Bersa, they ahve a US office.

I called these guys. The girl on the other end was very turse, bordering on rude. First, she didn't know what the Bersa Model 23 pistol was. Then she quickly said, "We don't have anything for that pistol."

Sorry to hear that. Definitely check out Colorado Gunworks then. The owner Royce is a Bersa certified smith and a poster over at www.bersatalk.com
