Can't comment on recoil because I've never fired one but it should be manageable given that rifle weights 18 pounds, 12 ounces and the stock would be made to measure.
It can be all yours for $175,000 plus taxes for NY state residents and a rifle case for $3,800. I'm not sure what the price of .700 ammo is but I would expect it to be in keeping with the cost of the rifle.
