R rugerfreak New member Nov 12, 2001 #2 Last I heard----the rifles were made in the Saeco plant owned by Colt-----yes, its a US plant. And custom shop items coming some where out of MN. Oooops---just reread: Shotguns are made by SKB in Japan.
