Where are the stainless SIG P220's ?

Why have I not seen any range reports of the Sig SS P 220? Were they not supposed to be on the market by now?

If memory serves, there was a thread on this 2 months ago (approx) and someone claimed that the Stainless 220 was being halted due to accuracy problems. Whether this is true or not, I do not know.
 
We received our first three 220ss Tuesday. Sold the first one same day. Got one left. Still have special orders inhouse for two more with sigsights.

They are out there you just have to look.

First shipments went out last week of Sept. and should be at stocking dealer shelves now.

Have the gun in the Sport configuration and the 220 S is the same gun, without the compensator and dovetailed front slide. The Sport is a great target pistol. The Stainless 220 is too heavy and unpractical for anything but range work also. In other words, its not a carry gun.
