When you shop for your next gun.....

Seems a lot of gunnies like to use their gun dollars to make a statement too. They refuse to buy S&W to punish them for the sellout, for example.

I'd like to ask that you consider buying your next gun from one of the companies in the former Soviet Bloc. People like FEG of Hungary or IM Metal, the Croatian makers of the HS2000. These countries need to build a viable economy, and they can't do it unless they can sell goods to the world. They spent years in the screwed up Soviet economic system and were then cast off to fend for themselves. Healthy economies in these countries will also help prevent political unrest and violence. People are less likely to revolt when they have good jobs and comfortable homes.

Let's welcome these countries into the free market economy and give their products fair consideration. Give them a shot at success.

IF they made decent revolvers, I'd be interested...

But, unfortunatly, I'm firmly committed to my S&W revolvers.

I just won't buy a NEW S&W revolver, and I won't buy one that was made after January 1, 2000, even if it is used.

Smith & Wesson is dead to me.

If you want a Smith & Wesson, buy USED!

Sounds like a good idea, but whenver possible I buy american. Yeah yeah, they got it rough and all that, but if we make more of a demand for american products, maybe they'll be less american homeless, or jobless.

I plan on getting a Makarov. And the Feg Hi-powers that I've seen have been really nice shooters. So now I have a new excuse for buying guns, I'm helping world economic prosperity. :)
