Gotta open them DA wheelers by some means or other. Who's system do you favor?

Mind you, this is thumblatch-specific, so be free to select a system you like even if ordinarily you wouldn't favor a particular brand of gun for whatever reason.

Personally, I find the Ruger system the most ergonomically satisfying, as it's use is close to simply squeezing the grip. And it's placement discourages digging holes in your thumb under severe recoil, although that has never been a problem for me.

What do you think?

Edit: I left out top-breaks, but not intentionally. We shall amend the survey to only include solid-frame guns. Did I miss any types?

A couple are missing

Although few in number another two alternatives would be the one on the old High Standard Crusaders and the thumb release on the German Korth Revolver (it definitely is different).

The crazy software won't let me vote for this poll, even though I have NOT previously voted in this poll. It keeps telling me:

The action you have attempted could not be performed as your session appears to be invalid. Click the below link to attempt this action again with a new session.

Anyway, if I could vote, it would be Ruger. The push button style cylinder release button is far superior to all the others in terms of ergonomics, at least for MY hands.

I don't like the S&W slide forward release, or the Colt slide back release. They're both nice revolvers (I have a S&W), I just don't like the cylinder releases on them. I've never tried a Dan Wesson revolver, so I can't comment there.
