What's the knife site like this?

i hate to be this way, but www.bladeforums.com has an overall attitude that i see as very negative.
doesnt seem as friendly as here.
there are some good people there, but they seem to be few and far between.
but like i say all this is just my opinion.

my preferred knife forum is www.knifeforums.com
nice people there, dont think i have ever seen anyone get kicked without a lot, and i mean a lot of warning to shape up before hand.
good people there and more than willign to help.
very freindly there too, not many flamers.
pretty much the same attitude as here int hat respect.
look for me there under m_d_atwood.

Don't believe Mr. Guerilla, or Morgan D Atwood - he just has sour grapes because he was busted for being a flamer and a troll, using multiple user profiles. When caught, his "pals" decided that it would be funny to try to email me viruses... (sigh)

After he ruined his welcome on BladeForums.com, he was suddenly "shocked" when people didn't like him, and ran screaming over to KnifeForums where, suprisingly, he found a warmer reception when he acted polite and courteous.

You made your own bed, Morgan - instead of belittling us, how about taking some personal responsability?

Thanks, Spark for 'representing'.

I have always found the tone at BFC to be civil but sometimes spirited. (notwithstanding Tim at hermanknives :D)

Again, if you are not trolling or coming on too strong, you will find it a helpful, informative, and gentle community.

KFC has somehow developed a reputation as the kinder, gentler forum, for some reason.
A big problem with KFC is lack of activity. BFC has many more active threads & discussions. KFC is often dry. That said, I regularly visit/post both places.

DRY??? Gee, why didn't someone tell me we are dry? All this time we have been striving to be an intelligent area for discussion. BTW, I am the moderator of The Tactical Lady forum at KFC. If the topics there are in the "dry" category then maybe a few of you who like knives might just want to spice up the boards a bit. Just in case, the subject of guns is quite welcome. We even like to be political!!

Do stop by and see us sometime!
