What's the difference in this Winchester Ranger ammo?

So a guy on a local forum is selling off some Winchester ammo he has. It's supposedly the Winchester 147 grain Ranger Talon ammo. The product code is RA9SXT and it says 147 grain sxt on it. So I thought this was the Talon round, yet when I see a lot of ammo for sale other places that is the talon round it has a product code of RA9T and says Ranger-T ammo instead of SXT. What's the difference? Are they both the talon rounds or is one different? Any differences other than the boxes?

IIRC, the rounds are the same except for the Lubaloy coating. One is marketed to the civilian market & the other to the L.E. market.

Sorry, I should have clarified. Both are in Winchester Ranger boxes that say for Law Enforcement. Neither are the original black talon rounds. I will see if I can dig up pictures to show the difference.

Here is the SXT one

The SXT version is bonded, therefor lead is basically glued to the underside of the talon. The T-Series is closer to the original Black Talon, allowing the copper to project out (as talons). You can see a bit of a difference comparing the hollow point cavities of the .40 caliber versions. I always grab the T-Series when I can find them. One of the gun magazines did a good write-up on them, but I forget which magazine.
