what's the diff?

I'm in the "pre-buy, research & check it out mode" for a model 617 with a six inch tube. I'm debating with myself now weather to get the 6 rounder or 10 rounder and was wondering if anybody would care to comment on their preference on the ammo capacity and why they would choose one over the other. Is more always better? Any handling, shooting differences between the two? Thanks amigos! Fleiger

I am a huge fan of the 9 shot 22 revolver,you just get going with a 6 shooter and you are out, have an old s&w model 17, wish it held more

I have a 4" ten rounder. Really like it, in fact I like it so much I have sold all of my others .22's cause it is all that I shoot. I cannot see how you can possibly go wrong with the gun, one way or the other, but I like the ten.
