What's supposed to come with a new Sig pistol?

I've heard that all of the following should come with a new Sig: extra magazine, plastic storage case, trigger lock, cleaning tool, and the target from the test-firing at the factory.

Could someone verify this? That way, if someone tries handing me a "new" Sig in a Zip-lok with only one magazine, I'll know better.

Don't know about the newer Sigs, but my 230 come with fitted carrying case, two mags, manual, and test target. This was over three years ago. Sig may have added a cleaning tool since then. I know they changed the style of their cases a couple years back. If I'm not mistaken, the older ones are grey and slim and the newer ones are black and bulky. So if you get a "new" Sig in the grey case, chances are it sat around somewhere for a few years. Hope this helps.
 
New Sigs come in a bulky black case, spare magazine, trigger lock, and owners manual. I don't know of any cleaning tool. Test targets only come with the German-made and assembled guns. However, newer Sigs don't come with test targets because the guns are tested on a larger target instead of individual targets. I think the Sport pistols are the exception to the latter, though.

If you're referring to the SP2940 series (SigPro), the one I bought last October came with a plastic fitted case, 2 mags, 2 grips, grip tool, trigger lock, owner's manual, but no test target or cleaning tool.
 
And before the big plastic boxes, there were nice compact cardboard ones with foam rubber inserts to fit the pistol and accessories.
 
You'll only get a test target if the pistol was made and assembled in Germany.

In 1998, they shipped their American assembled pistols in slim gray case with 2 mags and the owners manual. No test target, no locking device, and no cleaning tool. This is of cousre if nobody had sticky fingers between here and the factory.
 
My 229 sport (3 months old) came with 2 extra mags, cleaning tools (brush and jag) target (wish I could shoot that good), a lock and a case. Surprisingly the manual was missing, but not the warrantee card or other paperwork.

I believe that all (or maybe only the "Blue Line" promos?) LE pistols come with a coupon that's redeemable for a cleaning kit.

I also have a 229 Sport, but it did not include any cleaning supplies. Got the manual, it's a standard P series manual but includes a seperate paper with additional info regarding the Sport. And by 2 extra magazines, do you mean a total of 3?
