Citibank is now making it their official policy to interfere with the lawful interstate commerce of law abiding citizens, and making it their business to tell you what you can and can't buy, who you can and can't buy from, and has - in my opinion - unlawfully confiscated monies from companies and individuals doing business with them

I don't have ANY monies or business dealings with them, nor is it in your (and our collective) interest to do business with them at all...ever.
