Hi All,
I was looking to buy a commie tank-proof pistol and I noticed the Romanian M95 at SOG. DOes anyone know anything about these? Are they bigger or smaller than a Makarov? Do they function more like a Walther?
I'd appreciate any help
thanks:confused:

They are sorta like a FEG PA 63 or other FEG models more-so than a MAK. They come in .380 or .32 I believe. If I remember a review I read somewhere, one model (?M-95) was the .380. They were reported to be like any blowback pistol: poor DA trigger, somewhat sharper recoil. I remember the finish and grip was soposedly a little better than a PA 63. Never seen one in person, but if you get one tell TFL how you liked it, alot of us are suckers for less expensive older guns with quirks, flaws, history, low price, whatever.

They are kind of roughly finished, but all steel whereas the PA63 has an aluminum frame. Shoots .380 and is current military issue for Romania. There's even a Romanian website where they advertise it, along with a great many other military hardware. I cannot vouch for their reliability, but have not heard anything negative.
