What's a good "tactical" finish

I am considering re-finishing the metal surfaces on a stainless 10/22. Can someone suggest a good finish that is low-glare, durable, and (if possible) good-looking? Does a teflon coating exist that wouldn't interfere with the fit and function of the gun? Which companies are reliable and how much should I expect to pay? I considered a blackening process, but I'm concerned about the differences in appearance between the anodized aluminum reciever and the stainless steel barrel.

Have you heard of a company by the name of Arizona Response Systems? They have a number of coatings for firearms that are supposed to be excellent. They do refinish work for HK-USA. Check them out at http://www.arizonaresponsesystems.com .
