What would you call these rifles?

I'm looking for a 22. caliber rifle just to have some fun with due to the fact that they are not to powerful, and ammo is fairly cheap. Today I looked at the gun store and saw to rifles that interested me. One was an M4/M16 stlye 22. caliber. The other was an AK-47 style 22. caliber. What would you call these guns? Would it still be considered an M4 and an AK-47? Or what? Because I know that standard M4's shoot 5.56, and forgive me if I am wrong but the Ak-47 a 7.62..

I have seen these style .22s. I think it is a Ruger SR 22 that I was looking at. Really nice rifles. I went the cheaper route. I got a Ruger 10/22 and bought a Tapco stock with a pistol grip and rails ($60 - cheap - you get what you pay for). Put a bipod on it and bought a 25 round plastic cmagazine. It serves the fun purpose on the cheap side.. I would rather have the SR 22.. But that is still a 10/22 underneath the cool looks..
