Today on Fox News they announced that Hillary Clinton is on Obama's short list for V.P. candidate. If this comes to pass do you think it will strengthen or weaken the ticket?

God help us if that crew starts to attack our RTKB.

It will strengthen his ticket. But, I believe Obama will win no matter who he picks.

Obama will run very strong in the south, and I expect will pick up at least a couple of southern states, if not make a clean sweep. With the south, Obama will be unstoppable.

In my view it would weaken the ticket, since even among Democrats people seemed to like one and detest the other. On the other hand, I also can't see Democrats voting for McCain because of an Obama/Clinton candidacy.

I think Hillary has about a 70% chance of being the VP candidate.

I think the announcement will be made very close to, or even at, the convention. They may even have her booked to speak Thursday night before they've announced she's the candidate.

But I'm no expert. I can "google" like crazy though.
