What we are REALLY seeing

George Hill

Staff Alumnus
We are seeing nationally two things:
1. Algore's political and probably professional death throes.
2. The destruction of Justice and the Law.

The confrence call is farce.

What we're also seeing (and very few people are noticing) is the balkanization of urban vs. rural. Detailed vote-distribution maps show that Gore votes are concentrated in urban centers, while non-urban areas are strongly for Bush - just happens that the population is evenly split between the two population regions for now. Things will get interesting as the polarization increases, and eventually one side will say "enough" and the other side will discover the hard way that food does not magically appear on store shelves.

What we're also seeing (and very few people are noticing) is the balkanization of urban vs. rural;

I agree with the above and I fear this trend will continue
as the liberals and there buddies in the media continue to
divide people, the unending flow of illegals coming thru the
open mexico door is also going to increase the dividing of
america, this is not a race issue just common sense. We are
in a cultural war and no one wants to address this.

The good news is that the guys who control the food supply are by and large self-sufficient. Even those of us trapped in the city by circumstance (or ailing elderly parents we refuse to abandon) are generally more self-sufficient than the average liberal. So when the food supply gets cut off it will hurt the socialists because they can't take care of themselves. Which is why they want government to do it.

I'm generally not worried about illegal immigrants. Why? They want to work. They want to improve their station in life.

It's folks who are already here that I worry about.

Bogie, that may be true at first, but I'm afraid a lot of those people also see the "easy life" that they can be provided and make a turn for the worse.

Bogie;
The above was once true,no longer, yes we still get some
that want to work, however Mexico has become a "door"
for the world,it has become big business, it's a large
problem in the southwest, calif. is all but gone. At
some point when the boat is full what do you do.? More
laws, less freedom.??
Lawful immigration, controlled yes, but not like we see
now.

GH,
I agree completely. We are being set up for the next election when 'The greatest Woman in the World' will run for the presidency. AND when she loses, her fight to get to the White House will make this look like a walk in the park. But first you have to desensitize the lobster. You start with cold water that you heat up gradually. And then Hillary will win the 2004 election and we will have 'the greatest president of all time'. Someone whom the liberals and the media can crown KING, er, QUEEN, er, SUPREME RULER, er whatever for life.

As we slide down the slippery slope to our doom, future generations will wonder, "Why didn't ANYBODY DO ANYTHING? They all just sat around and talked about 'how bad things are getting' and NO DID ANYTHING TO STOP IT!"

What should we SAY to future generations??

I agree that we're seeing a Balkanization of rural vs. urban. But it is not absolute. Orange County CA, which is as dense as LA, went for Bush, right? And a few of the larger Florida cities.

But by and large, Gore took the big cities and Bush took everything else.

This urban/rural Balkanization has always been a bone of contention in any civilized country. Here it is reaching critical mass with the cities starting to override the rural vote everywhere. Missouri CCW defeat is a case in point.

It will only get worse, and, since city people tend to trade liberty off for perceived safety, continued gun ownership will have an uphill battle.

We go back to the schools. If we don't "cleanse" future generations then this country will go the way of Great Britain, in all aspects.

What scares me about it all...

is that there are 50 million people in this country that will buy into the socialist lie.

This is only 1/4 of the adult population,I realize, but the 100 million that don't care is what worries me!They will just sit by and let America be changed into another socialist oligarchy and do nothing!

I hope that the majority of the 50 million are just ignorant dupes that don't know any better, and can be educated-but what if they aren't?What if all of them really believe that socialism is the way to go?

I've talked to people that believe that everyone is equal in Britain, for instance. There are no rich oppressing the poor people. These folks just can't seem to comprehend the fact that the rich still run everything as usual, they just don't have to give nearly as much to the people who make them rich!

This stuff is scary,guys!
