What type of safe for your car??

I am shopping around for a safe to mount in my truck. I've been looking at a top loading Mossberg safe. Does anyone else use one of these? It needs to be top loading because it will not fit under my seat. I am going to mount it on the floor between the seats. What do you guys use? How did you mount yours?

Check out R&D Enterprises on the WEB, i do not have their web address. But you can find it easy, just type in R&D and it should come up. They have excellent safes, 1/4 steel plate, and the price is right, with simplex locks. Top or side opening, just about any size you need.

How do you fit one of those cute little black rifles in that waist band?? Bet that is painful(or you just walk around with a "stiff leg") :p

I use a gunvault. Very handy for that daily trip inside the post office. Had to get longer screws with larger heads than gunvault supplied with it, though. it is on the transmission hump facing the front seat.
