What type of holster?

Hi,
what type of holster would be best for carrying a compact 45 where I would be wearing a tucked in Polo shirt and slacks? My usual method is IWB holster with a jacket or untucked shirt- but can't do this in a situation I will be in soon.

Unless you're a very large person, or just enjoy pain, the PagerPal and compact .45acp will be extremely uncomfortable and sitting for longer than two minutes will make you feel like you left a garden shovel in your pants when you got dressed.
