What should I get next?

I have a M4 style AR15, S&W 915, Charles Daly 12 ga, Marlin Mo 60 .22, and Marlin camp 9. I'm too young to get a concealed carry permit or buy a handgun from, so a compact pistol isn't an easy option. I'm thinking a long range scoped rifle of some sort should be next.

I just started getting my GI bill payments (thanks Dad) and my scholarships are paying for all my school costs and then some so I want to spend some of the money I have in the bank on a rifle and scope package in the $500-$750 range. I want to be able to be out the door with a fully equipped rifle and a couple hundred rounds of re-loadable ammo for under $1000.

I wouldn't mind a garand, but would want a M1d with a scope if I got one. Can you get one if you're under 21?

I haven't done any active duty time and don't have a dd 214 don't you need that or to belong to a club?
