if I have the right terminology. I was in an antique shop and one of the vendors had some nice, but old SxS shotguns. He told me that he could sell them without an FFL due to their age. Is that right?
I think 1898 is the "Antique" cut-off date. Anything produced before that is and antique, and technically not a forearm any more. It can then be sold without an FFL.
