What piston AR to get?

Ok so i have a few AR's all DI.

I also have a registered M16 lower that i can SBR, so now im looking to get a piston upper for suppressed use but im not sure which to get. I have 3 im looking at

PWS MK110 10.5"
LWRCI M6A2 10.5"
ADCOR B.E.A.R. 10.5"

What do yall think?

I did quite a bit of research, and finally bought an LMT piston. I believe the LWRC might be a step up from the LMT, but a small one, and the cost was about $500 more for the LWRC. Here is a link to a pretty thorough video on the LWRC Piston:
