What people should not have firearms?

1)Mental defectives...includes the mentally ill and the retarded. Reason: diminished capacity
2) Violent felons...clearly malum in se actions, not malum prohibitum. Reason: Conscious disregard for others

Whom should not be allowed firearms? Why those that would prohibit honest citizens from posessing them of course. Now there are the real threats to society!

Anti-gunners and violent criminals should not have guns. Oddly enough though, many anti-gunners and violent criminals do have guns. Interesting...
 
To the above list add:
Children under age six simply because they lack the knowledge, reason and motor skills to use them properly. Whoooops! I think I just described an anti-gunner! :)
