What length Pac-Lite for Ruger with a can?

Looking at either a 6" or 4.5" threaded barrel. Any recommendations?

The longer the barrel you choose, the more types of ammunition that will not be subsonic limiting your choices.

Can't say about the 6in but I have a 4.5 Pac Lite pon my 22/45 and love it! Very accurate and the pistol has stayed reliable with the new top. Great fun gun

I would get the short one.
Actually, I did. I have the 4.5", red, threaded, fluted.

As was mentioned, you can shoot it with normally supersonic ammo and it will be subsonic in the 4.5" barrel.
