What keeps elevation screw on a Williams aperture sight in place?

I got a Williams sight on my Mak90 and found that the elevation screw would turn on recoil. That would raise the POI by 2" or so at 25m every time I fired.

Some folks suggested loktite (which would require me to guess zero and then use frint post to fine-tune), otheres thought that there ought to be a nut to hold the elecvation screw in place. Any thoughts?

Purple Locktite.

Low strength- perfect for this application.

You can still turn the screws but they won't move after adjustment. Doesn't harden just keeps stuff in place...
