What is your ugliest ???

My retired gun builder buddy is trying to talk me into his latest project...

an early mil type bolt action... big bolt face, strong action ugly gun... which had no stock... a Mossburg shotgun stock grafted to the gun, a 50 caliber barrel stuck into the action, & the box mag massaged to hold 2-50 Alaskan cartridges, with one in the chamber... tons of glass bedding & steel patchwork for bedding & filling in around the box base plate... oh... & several slivers of wood epoxied in places as well

this guy does really nice work, & is just doing this, because he had all the parts, & wants 2 new barrel blanks for an even trade...

I expect the gun will shoot really nice, he claims I can load it to "bruise my shoulder" levels from the load manuals... it's just going to look kinda "steampunk"... or maybe just really fugly :o ... once completed, I'll probably truck bed line the wood & call it good as a great heavy truck gun...

so any of you guys got anything as ugly as what I'm describing ??? if so... what calibers, & what do you do with it ???

I think I get the idea of it... Sounds a little hinky with the epoxied wood... I'd be very interested in a few detail pics of the gun as well as a few disassembled pics...

It was not mine but I saw a Rem 700 .30/06 at a show that someone had taken a god knows what to the barrel in a poor attempt at barrel fluteing. This was on a standard hunting barrel. Maybe he ran it through a wood chipper. I hope no one fires it cuz the barrel seemed pretty thin at the bottom of the gouged out areas. Dat was ugly.

Not mine but I stole the pic from another thread:

Some kind of 7.62x39 bullpup. Looks like some kinda bakelite stock. Need's some duct tape on it.
