What is WST best for?

I was given some WST today and want to use it for the best loads. A quick search told me that it will be best for 45-200 LSWC loads. Is it any good for 9mm or 40 S&W or just so, so? How has WST performed compared to BE for the 45 target loads you have shot?
 
Got on Hodgdon's website, selected handgun cartridges and WST. It showed the following cartridge options.

30 super carry
38 special
40 s&w
45 auto
