what is this rifle?

7mm bolt action says made in england,eagle arms co. and has a crown with BNP under it on the receiver.stock looks like a parker hale at first glance but is not,does anybody know anything about this rifle or a value on it. thanks
ie. i'm not a junior messed up reg. some how I was born 2/68.
 
The crown and BNP is the proofmark: B (Birmingham), N (Nitro), P(Proof).

I haven't heard of an Eagle Arms Co. Any other markings?
 
It is a newer rifle?

Exact caliber is 7MM Mauser or 7X64 or what does the barrel say?
