A friend died recently and I am helping his widow evaluate his collection of modern aema. One weapon is a Gyrojet rocket pistol ffrom the 1960s. It is in perfect condition with 99%+ original finnish. It was fired about 10-12 times and has some remaining rocket rounds. What would it be worth today? .

The value would be in the $500-700 range if it's the 12mm model, and most of the ammo probably would no longer function. The 13mm model is considerably more valuable, and would be in the $1200-1300 range. These prices are from the 22nd Edition of the Blue Book. Also, there is a presentation model with a case that's more valuable...

The little rocket cartridges are, in and of themselves, quite valuable.

I've seen them going for between $50 to $150 at gunshows, depending on the caliber.
