It is a single action for sure. Colt? Ruger? Has an odd shaped grip.

if you'll watch more of the video about 1 min or so you can clearly see it's a bird head grip.not sure about length most were 4" but could be a 4 5/8" that's been modified. PS don't point that thing at me.
