What is the difference between Hornady Zombie-MAX ammo and other types of ammo?

Is there anything special or unique about the ammunition other than the box and green tip bullets? I think Z-MAX is pretty much the same as V-MAX only with a badass box and green tips...what do you guys think about it?

Z-Max is only V-Max (if rifle) or Critical Defense (if handgun) sold in a different box with a green (instead of red) polymer insert.

It's a marketing gimmick, and people are split as to whether it's just having fun or plain stupid (I tend more towards the former, myself).

While other ammunition might stop a zombie, Hornady's Zombie Max has been optimized for stopping power on the undead.

Its just advertising... free market at work... Get good enough advertising and you can retire selling junk... Ever seen the "As seen on tv" stuff in the store... and how much of it is pure junk?

I think the zombie ammo is ok, at least no junk but thats about it..
