What is the Best S&W 340pd custom trigger

I own a s&w 340pd sa and thinking about giving it to the lady but the trigger is pretty heavy I would say about 8lbs so trigger control is pretty tough espcially for rapid fire. I know I know go to the range and get some trigger time lol. Is there any springs recommended that can bring it down possible to 4-5lbs. I know I probably have more luck finding a genie by rubbing a lamp but hey who knows thanks.

Any competent gunsmith can do an action job and smooth it up for you but I doubt you'll be able to get your double action pull much lower than 8lbs and still get reliable ignition. In fact, if it's stock I'd say your trigger pull is probably in the 10-12lb range. Find a smith and have him check it out and tell you what he can do.
