What is the ATF form to change a C&R license address?

If you move, what form do you need to fill out to change your C&R address? Also, does anyone know if there is a time limit in which you are supposed to do the change?

Form 5300.38

It's the same one used by any FFL, including dealers, so there will be parts that don't apply to you (like section 16, hours of operation, which is marked as not applicable to collectors).

You may even have one in your paperwork packet you first received with your license, but the link above should take you to the .pdf of the current version of the form.
