c'mon cva get it right already. i just purchased a cva scout. great gun. i did however over tighten one of the screws that hold the forearm in place and strip it out. not a big deal called cva they sent a replacement for free. it came very quick. it was wrong. it was for the apex. ok so i call them back and say look this you sent was for apex. i have a scout. they send two this time. once again very quick. once again for the freaking apex. i have a scout! when i tell the guy over the phone i say cva scout cr4310s which is the model number. i tell him one of the forearm bolts (they are both the same) and the second time i even said make sure its for the SCOUT! i have a hog hunting trip coming up and i'm not going to be able to use my new gun if i can get the dang thing sighted in. they do have a much better customer service department than remington or marlin though, just wish they could get it right. sorry for the rant now i'll shut up.

I wouldn't blame the whole company. Obviously there is something wrong there. It may just be that someone dumped a supply of the wrong screw into a bin marked for the Scout. Stuff happens. Sorry you are having problems.

oh don't get me wrong i love cva. love boths my scout and my accura. hands down a better gun than my omega i paid way more money for. and the scout is great. i will continue to buy many more cva's as long as they continue to have such great products at good prices. i just couldn't believe they screwed it up twice like that! i'm about to go crazy i want to SHOOT SHOOT SHOOT!!!!!
