What holsters for appendix carry?

Comp-Tac 2 O'clock

I carry a Kahr MK9 in appendix position, and use the Comp-Tac 2 0'clock holster. This is a kydex inside the waistband holster with one belt loop and a tuckable feature. The holster material is thin but very strong. I believe that appendix carry works best with a small, thin gun like a Kahr, or perhaps a 3 inch 1911, a Walther PPK, or a Walther PPS. A S&W J frame snubby also works well in the appendix position.

+1 on the Comp-Tac 2 o'clock; I have one for every one of my carry rigs; G32/19; 4.5"1911; J-frame Revolver. For me, nothing works better.

I carry a Springer Loaded Micro Compact in a Tucker Cover-Up Plus.
Some folks don't care for the 3" .45 auto, but mine has had zero
hiccups in almost a thousand rounds, and I find it comfortable to carry.

The Tucker holster is very nice, stiff mouth for easy re-holstering,
with the sweat shield to cushion the metal to body contact.
