What does the California Gun Ban do when it expires

California passed its own ban which doesn't expire. The Federal AWB expiration will have no relevence there.
 
Too bad for the Japanese that WWII happened so early. Yamamoto said that the invasion of US mainland would be impossible and they'd find a rifle behind every blade of grass. Right now, they could march right through Kalifornia. Too bad that 10.5 mini series was make believe.
 
There are still a lot of armed citizens in California, but it's pretty tough to buy semi-auto rifles. It's still a large market here, a lot of firearms are still being sold. So, maybe there wouldn't be a rifle behind EVERY blade of grass, but there would be quite a few. There will be semiauto rifles, they just won't have normal capacity magazines, or they'll have fixed magazines if you have a pistol grip. *sigh*

Yeah, it's pretty restrictive.
