I have no clue what it is worth or why I even bought it... I got it off a friend for well under $100 and he got it off an ex cop that used it for about a year. It was his personal vest he actually bought it because he disliked the issue vest. Yes it is legit by the way... It wasn't stolen or anything like that.
It is level II Armor Express HALO plates in an Evolution carrier. The shape is good in like new condition with the only flaw being a little fuzz stuck in the velcro but that is understandable. The white backing has a little black fuzz on it so it looks like the cop wore it over a black undershirt. The shiny stuff all over it is the Armor Express logo...
So yeah... Do you think I got a good deal on this vest? I paid $40 for it haha.
