What do you make of this bolt? CZ 455 Lux

I recently bought a CZ 455 online. During the FFL transfer I noticed this mark on the bolt. Do you think it is rust or a machining mark? I know it won't effect the guns operation, but I'm wondering about solutions. Dremel? I put some CLP Break Free on it and it didn't budge.

Definitely looks like a scuff to me. I would call CZ USA to ask about it. I would want to know if the bolt is chromed before I started trying to polish it out.
