What are these?

I have been trying to collect(buying) things for my reloading bench. I purchased some things and this stripper clip with the lot. I don't know what rounds they are. Maybe you all can help. Stamped with 31 73.

Is it 7.62x39? Thanks

Bigger rounds

The guy I got these from had a strip of bullets bigger than 50's. I could have took them but he said someone told him that they were old and needed to be disposed of properly. Whatever that means. He said they were explosive. IS THAT TRUE WITH OLD ROUNDS? There was like six on metal links. I'd say they were 6 inches long or so and almost an inch in diameter(case). I should have took them. Oh well.

It sounds like he had 6 linked 20mm rounds.

Unless they are painted a baby powder blue, don't mess with them as they could very well be explosive.

They were a dark tarnished color(old looking).
