What "aimpoint" (collimator?) type sight for Browning Buckmark Micro?

Took Mom shooting today again and found that she's best with my Buckmark standard. However, it is a little front-heavy for her. Sights are tough to see in low light. She looked at Aimpoint sight and loved it. Can Aimpoint or another brand of the same type be used on a Buckmark Micro? Which would you recommend?

Looking at the mnaual, I am not even sure that standard/camper/micro models can even accept red dot sights. Has anyone experience with those?
